ATTENTION WIDESPREAD PANIC FANS!

The City of New Orleans and Widespread Panic have updated their health and safety requirements for venue entry.

All attendees of this event must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or provide results of a negative PCR test within 72 hours of venue entry.

In attending the event you certify and attest that you and all individuals in your party 12-years of age and older attending the event:

* will provide proof of full COVID 19 vaccination status

            ~proof accepted is original vaccination card, copy of vaccination card, picture of vaccination card

* Or will provide proof of a negative PCR test within 72 hours of entry

            ~rapid antigen test results are not accepted

* And that you will not attend the event and will request a refund if

           ~Have recently been exposed to a confirmed COVID-19 case; or

           ~Are exhibiting symptoms consistent with COVID-19 in the 24 hour period prior to the event

 

In addition, masks are mandatory for all attendees over the age of two.

If you are unable to adhere to these testing and vaccination requirements, you may request a refund.  Requests for a refund must be submitted by 4:00 pm on Friday October 15, 2021.

For tickets purchased online through Ticketmaster.com only (not to include third-party ticketing services such as StubHub, VividSeats, etc.):

 

To request a refund, you will need to follow these instructions:

1) Log in to your online account.

2) Click "My Tickets" to get to your "My Events" Page.

3) Click the "See Details" button to the right of your order.

4) Click the Contact Us button at the bottom right of the screen and choose "Email Us". Please ensure that in the Subject box, you select "Request a Refund or a Credit". In the Refund or Credit box, select "Refund", then let us know the Refund Quantity you are requesting ("Full" or "Part of My Order"). If Partial, you state which seats you would like refunded.

5) Once you click the blue "Send" button, you will receive an automated reply letting you know that your refund has been submitted.

Note that refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, once funds are received from the Event Organizer, which is usually completed within 30 days.

Visit the UNO Lakefront Arena Box Office during business hours Monday-Thursday between 10am-3pm for in-person refund requests.

Tickets are available at the UNO Lakefront Arena Box Office or online at www.ticketmaster.com.   Ticketmaster is the official ticketing provider of the UNO Lakefront Arena.   

Doors to the venue are scheduled to open 1 ½ hours prior to show time.


Note that tickets for this event are separated by a GENERAL ADMISSION FLOOR (Standing Only) and GENERAL ADMISSION BALCONY seats.

BALCONY TICKETS DO NOT HAVE FLOOR ACCESS.

FLOOR TICKETS DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO BALCONY SEATS.

FLOOR tickets should enter via Ground 4, located under Ramp 4.

A wristband will be distributed upon entering the building to patrons with FLOOR tickets. Patrons must be present to receive a wristband. Both a wristband and floor ticket are required for floor access. When a wristband is received, the ticket will be punched, designating that a wristband was issued for this ticket. Wristbands will not be "re-issued" for any reason.

SECURITY & VENUE INFORMATION 

There is a $10 parking charge per car for all special events; cash only on site. 

No overnight camping is permitted on University grounds.


 
The UNO Lakefront Arena is a non-smoking facility.  

Doors to the venue are scheduled to open 1 1/2-hour prior to show time.

All patrons are subject to a security search. 
 
The following are restricted items and actions - smoking, professional style cameras (removable lens, 35mm and including iPads or Tablets, etc.), audio recording devices, video recording devices, illegal drugs, flash photography, weapons of any kind, guns, knives, tasers, mace, flash lights, glass items, cans, containers of any kind, fireworks, aerosol cans (including hairspray), political banners, radio scanning / jamming equipment, outside food, beverages, or alcohol, banner poles, laser pointers, spiked jewelry, chains (including those on wallets), backpacks, large bags or purses (nothing larger than 14" x 14"), glow sticks, objects that may be used as projectiles, moshing or crowd surfing & other items and activities deemed unsafe and a challenge to public safety. Restricted items should be returned to your vehicle for storage. 

The nature of a live concert performance will vary by musical genre and individual groups in those genres.   

Live performances may contain adult content, including potentially offensive adult language. 
The University of New Orleans and UNO Lakefront Arena expressly disclaim responsibility for the content of this live performance.
